• Any email address you enter against your account name will never be given to any third parties. We may use it to contact you with major announcements about changes on Panjoy.com -- such as changes in these terms & conditions or privacy policy. For other changes we will use our news section and its corresponding RSS feed.
• Panjoy.com will recognize your presence on the site as described in our privacy policy and may alter the pages content or appearance according to your profile.
• Terms and conditions and privacy policy documents may be changed at any time. Currently active documents are posted on the website at this address. In case of changes to either document we may send an announcement to you, but are not required to do so. You are responsible for being aware of changes. Regardless of whether you have received a notification of change or not, the changes become active at the time of publication.
• You may ask us to remove your account information and upon receiving such a request we will remove your account and data associated with it in a reasonable time.
